With the recent influx of bike and pedestrian injuries and deaths in Collier County, it’s important to make ourselves heard. As members and supporters of Naples Pathways Coalition, here is your chance to give feedback to help make our streets safer.

The Collier Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is crafting a Safe Streets and Roads for All Safety Action Plan aimed at eliminating all deaths and serious injuries on its roadways, and ensuring that safe, comfortable transportation is a right for everyone who moves to and through our county and the cities of Naples, Marco Island and Everglades City.

Collier MPO is encouraging the community to give feedback about your experiences using the roads in Collier County through a brief survey that will take less than 5 minutes to complete. All responses are kept confidential. Your input will help the Collier MPO develop strategies to make its streets safer for all users. Click here to take the survey. Please submit your response by September 30, 2024.

The Collier MPO is also in the process of updating the Bike Ped Master Plan for 2025, which happens every 5 years. They are inviting the public to comment through the use of an interactive map to identify areas that are unsafe for biking or walking. The interactive map will be open for public access and input until February.

Please give your input and pass it along to friends and family. We need things to change and your voice matters.
